The customer needed a comprehensive security solution that included video surveillance installation, keycard system installation, and video intercom installation throughout its facility. To enhance facility access management, Linx Security implemented a keycard system installation at all entry and exit points, providing seamless yet secure access for employees and visitors. Additionally, access control installation was also deployed for critical internal doors to restrict unauthorized entry.  Video intercom installation and integration further improved communication and security at key access points.

Prior to the integration, security personnel faced delays of up to 20 minutes when retrieving data from separate systems to analyze events. With the newly implemented security system installation, all components now operate within a unified platform, allowing incidents to be assessed and addressed in just 30 seconds to a minute. This streamlined approach has significantly improved response times, enhanced overall security, and increased operational efficiency.
